Information you choose to send

The enquiry form collects your name, email, country or region, business type, estimated quantity and project message. Company, delivery preference and other project details are optional. Please avoid sending payment details or confidential third-party files.

How it is used

We use the details to assess and respond to your project enquiry, maintain the project record and prevent misuse. Submitting the form is not a marketing subscription. We do not publish enquiry records.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database connected to this website. Vercel provides the website hosting and processes requests to the enquiry form. Authorised site administrators can access the records to handle requests. Records are retained while needed for the enquiry and related business records, then reviewed for deletion.

Attribution and abuse prevention

The browser may keep campaign parameters in session storage so they can accompany an enquiry. We do not store personal form contents in browser storage. An external referrer origin and the enquiry page may be recorded. A hashed network address is used for submission rate limiting; the raw network address is not stored in the enquiry database. Infrastructure providers may process access logs.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of an enquiry through the contact details displayed on the website or the enquiry form, stating that the request concerns privacy. Include the enquiry reference if you have it. Do not include additional sensitive information.

Site preferences

The current website does not set advertising cookies or embed advertising pixels. Campaign attribution uses browser session storage. Optional browser clipboard and download functions run only when you use the brief-builder controls.
