Build the garment list first
List short-sleeve tops, long-sleeve tops, shorts or trousers. State season, layering and adult or junior audience for each style. Define measurements, sleeve and leg lengths, openings and pockets. A collection is easier to quote when each garment has a role and quantities by size.
Make material requirements explicit
Include fabric composition, weight, stretch direction and panel construction. If you want moisture-management or other technical claims, agree the relevant evidence for the actual fabric and finished garment. Review comfort during the intended training routine as a separate sample observation.
Keep identity consistent across materials
Supply original vector crest files, sponsor permissions, colours and measured logo positions. Check the physical decoration on the selected fabric, including smaller junior sizes. Bring care information and packing into the same approval. Record each style revision so repeat orders reference the same construction.
