Specify each garment separately
Padded tops, shorts and trousers need separate measurement sheets. Record body fabric, panel layout, seams and the areas where padding is required. Show pad dimensions and attachment on a drawing. Confirm how the garment is worn with outer kit rather than assuming one pattern suits every layering arrangement.
Review movement in a size set
Ask intended wearers to bend, squat and move through the trial’s coaching activities. Record whether padding shifts, seams create pressure or the garment restricts movement. Review junior and adult patterns separately. Padding is a construction feature; it does not establish a protective rating or injury-prevention claim.
Approve branding and care together
Check crest, sponsor and size-label placement across the range. Agree a washing review for the chosen fabric, decoration and padding assembly. Retain the approved sample and measurement revision for reorders. Quote garments independently from gloves with quantities by style, colour and size.
