Start with the goalkeeper roster
A club’s total membership is not its glove requirement. Build the order around active goalkeepers, backup pairs, training frequency and a realistic replacement allowance.
- Separate junior and adult measurements.
- Distinguish training pairs from match pairs.
- Allow for growth, damage and new registrations.
Keep identity practical
Prepare crest files, sponsor permissions and colour references. Check logo placement across small and large sizes, where the available space changes. Include size identification and care information.
Use a coach-led sample review
Have representative keepers assess entry, fit, catching comfort and movement. Use a short feedback form and one test routine. Record the approved version so seasonal reorders refer to an agreed construction.
