Share your customer type, intended use, quantities, size range and destination. Add sketches, references or a draft specification.

Clarify construction, customisation, sample scope, packing and delivery terms. Minimums, pricing and timing are confirmed in writing for the project.

03 / Review the physical sample

Check fit, material references, workmanship, artwork and packing. Test under relevant conditions and keep feedback in one revision list.

04 / Approve before production

Approve the final specification and pre-production reference. Confirm quantities by size, tolerances, inspection expectations, documents and changes before proceeding.

How long does production take?

Plan approximately 15 days for samples and 30 days for bulk production after sample approval. Shipping time is additional; the project quotation sets out the schedule.

Is a stock sample the same as a custom sample?

No. A stock sample demonstrates an existing construction. A custom or pre-production sample should reflect the agreed project specification; document any differences.

Does submitting an enquiry place an order?

No. It starts a project discussion and creates no payment obligation.
